Business leaders invited to discover key benefits of space industry solutions at free event

A free live event with Siemens and OnePLM dives deep into the latest engineering concepts, technology and software, trends and key discussions in the space industry is being held at Space Park Leicester later this month.

The Space Engineering Symposium 2023

The Space Engineering Symposium 2023 focuses on; Design, Simulation, Testing, Manufacturing, Data & Project management, key things for all companies to consider in the Space sector, the impact these can have on your business & a look at what the future of the Space sector looks like.

Organised by Siemens Digital Industries software and OnePLM – Europe’s number one Siemens Partner for design and manufacturing – the Space Engineering Symposium Event is open to anyone interested in finding out more about a broad range of key engineering updates in the space sector that can benefit business. Maya HTT will also be presenting advanced simulation at the event and GRM Consulting will be hosting CAE focused solutions also.

Taking place on Wednesday, April 19, from 9:00am to 4:30pm at the University of Leicester’s £100 million space research hub, industry-leading software developer and engineering solutions provider Maya HTT will be presenting advanced simulation at the event. Design and topology optimisation software company GRM Consulting will be hosting Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) focused solutions also.

There will be the opportunity to network with others in the space industry and see how technology has been applied to other businesses to achieve optimum performance.

Guests will have the opportunity to hear from Piyal Samara-Ratna, Principal Engineer for the Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, Earth Observation, Research (METEOR) centre at Space Park Leicester and senior mechanical engineer for the James Webb Space Telescope mid-infrared instrument.

Piyal Samara-Ratna (centre) said:
