Joining the University of Leicester’s internationally recognised £100 million space research and innovation hub has given Rise Search the opportunity to build stronger links between industry and the University, enabling businesses to access great talent and an ongoing hiring pipeline.
Rise Search Founder and Director Chloe Oliver said: “Space Park Leicester is the right place for Rise Search. It’s a community of innovative businesses that are genuinely collaborating, and that is exactly the kind of environment we enjoy working in.
“From my first conversations with Space Park Leicester, it was clear that it is focused on bringing businesses together and creating opportunities.
“Having spent time working with engineering and technical businesses, I have built a strong network of specialist talent and industry contacts. Rise Search can help businesses hire the right people faster and access exceptional talent who are seeking their next opportunity. Beyond recruitment, we are keen to bring people together through networking and knowledge-sharing events that add real value to the community.
“I want Rise Search to become a trusted recruitment partner for businesses within the Space Park Leicester community. We are here to help companies find specialist talent while creating more opportunities for students and graduates to start their careers with innovative local businesses.”
Vinay Patel, Head of Commercial and Innovation at Space Park Leicester, said: “Having worked closely with engineering and innovative businesses in her career, Chloe understands the challenges of finding specialist talent.
“She founded Rise Search to offer a more personal, relationship-led approach to recruitment, backed by a strong industry network and real sector knowledge. We’re excited that she is bringing that experience to the Space Park Leicester community to support its growing businesses.”
